Toledo Sunday was established by two Toledoans dedicated to their community. We are a publication for Toledoans by heart, address, or both, to share their ideas, concerns, and research. We hope to join the intellectual voice of Toledo with quarterly issues amplifying Toledo thought.

Meet the team

Jess Aberl Ray - Editor

Jess is a lifelong Toledoan, hobby collector, and enthusiastic pet parent. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she earned her BA and MA in English Literature. She dreams of creating spaces where students like her can be celebrated, even after they graduate.

Jordan Justice - Web design & development

Jordan has spent the last decade in Toledo committing to various forms of advocacy to make our city more livable while maintaining a career of building things for the internet. The Toledo Sunday Magazine is the intersection of these two things. You'll most likely find Jordan exploring West Toledo with his wife and two children.
